For our office in the city of Sofia, we are looking for an initiative and communicative candidate for the position of Talent Selection Intern.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assistance in the creation and publication of job advertisements on various social platforms and networks.
- Preliminary selection of resumes and conducting telephone interviews.
- Active communication with candidates.
- Participation in meetings related to selection projects.
- Active search for candidates using all possible channels.
- Assistance in the preparation of documents accompanying the company’s activities.
Basic requirements:
- High degree of organization, communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork skills.
- Good computer literacy and Word skills.
- A desire to learn new things in the field in which we operate.
