The main difference is that with the online selection, we undertake to send you 3 offers individually selected for you within 5 working days. In the case of traditional selection, we do not commit ourselves, because when conducting the interviews we take into account our clients – so the process is of high quality, but it takes more time than in the case of online selection.
2. Would I get the result faster from the online selection?
The whole process of online selection is faster, due to the flexibility in organizing the meetings with the candidates and the employers, therefore you will also get a response from the employer faster.
3. Will I receive feedback on my performance from your company if I am not approved?
We value your candor and time, so we will give you feedback.
4. Do you think my qualities would be a better fit in another job position?
If we feel that your qualities and experience are not a good match for the offer you are applying for, we will be frank with you. As we aim to send candidates with a minimum of 85%-90% coverage of employers’ requirements, if we think you would be a better fit with another offer – we will be honest with you.
5. How long after the interview will I receive feedback?
We commit to contact the candidate within a week, but this is not related to the employer’s feedback.

2. How quickly would you find candidates?
It depends on the selection method and how specific the job offer is. With the online selection, we commit to send you 3 individually selected candidates within 5 working days, because it is much easier, convenient and fast to conduct interviews online. In traditional selection, it is missing
this flexibility in conducting interviews as we look to accommodate when is convenient for candidates.
3. How many candidates do you send to interviews?
In both traditional selection and online selection, we send candidates who cover a minimum of 85-90% of the characteristics specified by the client. We do not have a set quota for the number of candidates we send – we usually select a small number of candidates to send for interviews. Since we don’t charge additional shipping we try to get the right people the first time.

5. How often do the candidates you select turn out to be not good enough?
In about 5% of cases. We try to minimize this risk, as we offer a free “replacement” of personnel – if within 6 months you are not satisfied with the selection of our candidate, we will find you other candidates who meet your requirements, free of charge.
6. Have you ever had trouble finding suitable footage?
Yes, are we there. Some of the examples where we have not found candidates include:
i. The client company decides to promote its employee to the position for which the candidate is applying.
ii. The client company announces a job position for a new and unfamiliar profession to them and as a result often changes the conditions and requirements for applicants.
iii. The client company has decided to rush the selection of
a very specific job offer.
iv. Candidates give up on unrealistic/bad offers
reputation of the company.
7. Is there a certain number of applicants that are sent to us per week or is it based on the applications received?
We commit to a deadline; number of applications for the online selection only. In traditional recruitment we do not engage as we look to accommodate our clients’ free time and this takes time in arranging interviews.
8. What happens if, after starting work, I am not satisfied with the candidate sent?
If within 6 months you are not satisfied with our candidate’s selection, we will find you other candidates who meet your requirements, free of charge. But we try to select the best possible footage for you the first time, as the free search is at our expense.
9. Where do you conduct the interviews?
During the online selection, we take into account the company’s capabilities. We work with many platforms, so we are flexible and can offer you many options.
In traditional recruitment, meetings are held in our office.
