A social cause
Our team believes that every company should find its cause and contribute to the development of society. Human Capital Store’s current causes are the “Candidates Share” and “Selecting People with Disabilities” projects. Through “Candidates Share”, we aim to contribute to the development of the Selection Specialist / Consultant profession in Bulgaria and to improve its standards by sharing and discussing good and bad approaches to job interviews.
Our project “Selection of people with disabilities” is in its infancy and is about to unfold. Through it, we want to support the realization of people with disabilities on the labor market, as well as to work with companies that, not only in words and according to company documents, but also in reality, want to create jobs for people with disabilities. Human Capital Store continues to search and think about its causes.
