For Burgas Human Capital Store is looking for a Sales Manager. Our client’s main activity is credit consulting and mediation and has established long-term relationships with the leading banking institutions and leasing companies in Bulgaria. The company is part of a holding structure together with an insurance broker and the businesses are developed in close cooperation and according to established standards of work.

To be part of our client’s team you need experience and/or knowledge with credit institutions, and you need to be able to inspire others to join your team because our client has a plan to expand across the country.

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Competent customer assistance to obtain:

Consumer loans for private individuals

Mortgage loans for private individuals

Leasing

Loans for legal entities

Refinancing current liabilities

UNDER pension insurance

  • Negotiation with financial companies in order to achieve an advantageous and most suitable financial product for the client;
  • Assisting the client from receiving an inquiry to receiving the funds
  • Advising customers about the terms in credit proposals that are in small print
  • Preparation of the entire set of documents required by financial institutions
  • Preparation of a proposal to optimize the monthly repayment installments or options for refinancing current loans under more favorable conditions.

The Proposal:

  • The company works very closely with an insurance broker and the Sales Manager will have access to a large database of potential customers
  • Employment contract with a five-day work week and 20 days of paid annual leave
  • Introduction to the specifics of work and subsequent assistance and support from company managers
  • If your goal is to earn a five-figure salary, you can achieve it with a perfectly working pay scheme, but if you have no experience with this type of pay before, our client is inclined to offer the first up to 3 months to receive the net remuneration that you received at your last job to convince yourself of the work model offered by the company.
