Our client is a Luxury Real Estate Company with deep real estate know how.

The ideal candidate:

– Is a proven salesman/saleswoman;

– Is able to manage Sales team;

– Prioritise and achieve his daily/weekly targets;

– Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/ marketing /business development as a consultant;

– Works proficient with MS Office;

– Communicate fluently in English.

Key tasks will include :

– To be responsible for motivating your agents to close their sales. The team is 6 to 8 Sales Consultants;

– To attract, train and develop new team members;

– To participate in special events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences);

– To do regular market analysis and research;

– To participate in special events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences);
