Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the schedule and preparation for appointments and meetings for the CEO
  • Develop a Region/country specific marketing strategy, ensuring optimal use of local communication channels
  • Deliver a coordinated (calendar) overview of all regional marketing activities periodically
  • Support the CEO with special projects, both internal and external
  • Assist with work requests and work orders for the department
  • Cover the front desk reception as required
  • Business trips

Competencies and skills:

  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Competence and efficiency in computer applications with an interest and ability to learn new ones
  • Experience in overlapping areas of event planning and marketing
  • Excellent organizational and office management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Secretarial experience
