Responsibilities:
- Informing clients about the services of the health institution
- Screening patients under certain criteria
- Scheduling doctors and patients appointments
- Handling phone, e-mail and mail correspondence
- Supporting the administrative function of the health institution
- Working with internal information system (ERP)
Requirements:
- Fluency in English – written and verbal;
- Responsive to the patients needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Balanced personality
- Experience with MS Office /word, excel, Outlook/
- Skilled in handling office equipment
- Great organizational and time management skills
